Challenge:
Defining the next phase of SKIMS’ growth by establishing brand ownership in a product category that traditionally relies on collaborations and co-created products.

Big Idea:
Establishing SKIMS Footwear as a core product category that activates the brand’s pillars of comfort, confidence, inclusivity, and versatility. By expanding beyond in-house apparel designs, we postioned SKIMS as a lifestyle curator: setting new standards for innovative, functional solutions designed for every body and every occasion.
